Attention if you are a Veteran and you have a medical condition that can be helped by cannabis; such conditions like Cancer, PTSD or Chronic Pain to name a few there are organizations out there working for you already. Some of these organizations are working to change policies that are blocking cannabis medicine to our veterans. Other organizations out there are working on getting cannabis medicines out to veterans in there area and where law allow. More and more veterans are saying they have had enough and now we want things to change. I am working on making a master list of all these organizations that are manned by veterans for veterans. The goal will be to constantly update the list so our veterans will be able to look for an organization near them. If you know of an organization like these that is not on my list comment below I will check them out and add them to the list.
Veterans for Safe Access and Compassionate Care
Veterans for Safe Access and Compassionate Care(VSACC) is a non-profit research, education and awareness organization that advances Veteran health and wellness issues. Now more than ever the America people need to look deep into their souls and reflect on our moral obligations to those that served. American’s need to work together to put aside 20th Century fears, stigmas and prejudices and develop a 21st Century solution to the crisis of Veteran suicides. It is vital that Veterans have access to all treatment options that can improve their health conditions regardless of geographic location.
Our purpose is to advocate to the Veterans Affairs Administration on behalf of all Veterans, to secure their freedom to choose medical marijuana.
